Welcoming the Fire

Golden OrbsAnnealing is the name of the process given to purifying gold. This precious metal is heated to its melting point which causes impurities to rise to the surface where they are easily skimmed off.

The gold must then be allowed to harden completely before it’s melted once again. This procedure must be repeated seven times before the gold can be proclaimed usable. Even then, it’s too soft for practical use and must be mixed with other elements to form an amalgam that strong enough for daily use.

Gold welcomes the fire. Knowing that you are ‘gold’, built using the divine ratio, the Golden Mean, don’t resist the fires of change. They are essential to transformation.

Consider well how you intentionally mix with other ‘elements’ to make sure that your combination leads to something spectacular, beautiful and usable!
