Wisdom Catalysing a Cascade of Thought

5This morning there was a notice in my email inbox of a piece of writing shared by someone I’m connected with through InterNations, a great social connection for expats and people who spend significant time in cities around the world. While I’m awaiting his permission to share this powerful and beautiful poem, the following thoughts immediately flew from my heart to move my fingers:

It’s tragic that so many people are seeking for what they yearn for outside their own skin, heart, head and spirit, utterly unaware that the desire to belong, to be known and know, to be loved and love, is an internal quest. It’s time to call an end to the Fool’s Errand  that so many supposed ‘guides’ get us to pay for, sending others out to find the Fountain of You, blindfolded by neediness and greed so the Fountain of You remains undiscovered, it’s potential unoptimised. To harness the passion that flows from the Field of Loving Compassion is the purpose of the gift we call life.

Permission granted! Here’s J. Sam Barr’s poem. Thank you Sam for such a lovely gift from your heart.

Daybreak and it’s dawn of a new day;
as flora and fauna rejoice afresh
In the designs of creation and life’s way;
like the confusion of bonded mesh

A new day starts for many souls;
some in normalcy, some astray
It’s merely a place of flesh and ghouls;
still some are in complete disarray

In one place life accords abundance;
while in another it robs and plunders
In one place it’s sunny with no reluctance;
then over the horizon rain and thunder

In one home the cries of a newborn;
while in another death and sorrow
In one abode a bounty of grain and corn;
but in another destitution and no tomorrow

Many are blessed with security and shelter;
they reap plentifully and waste thoughtlessly
No far away rule poverty and helter skelter;
hunger, butchery, war and sheer misery

The weak and minute run from the mighty;
lest they become fodder and harshly trodden
No matter, for there’re always those more weighty;
they peck at will and devour with blood sodden

Single men are worth a million others;
no tether they are overwhelmed by avarice
Their meals worth a thousand portions of others;
strangely they still espouse injury and malice

Some preach selfless love, charity and devotion;
some promulgate war, destruction and obliteration
Some born frail, no limbs and need contraption;
some powerful, agile and speedy in mobilization

Those whose power wields such supremacy;
a single cruel word worth thousands of lives
But many whose shouts unheard, is normalcy;
some slaughtered yet somewhere a baby survives

There are those seeking cures for longevity;
still some slumber meekly awaiting death’s call
Others may exist in oblivion and marginal sanity;
but seeking eternal life here is the irony of it all.

Black and Blue: Bruises to my heart, brain and spirit

For years friends, individuals who long ago stopped watching mainstream news, have asked why I daily wade into the turbulent waters of media, sometimes more than once a day. From my perspective the answer was simple: If your commitment is to make a positive difference in the world it helps to know what in the world is going on. High Ground and High Water

rainstormThe story of a global flood is found embedded in cultures the world over, each recounting an inundation that wiped out the majority of the world’s population. According to all, everyone died except for those who heard that an inundation was coming and prepared. The preparation was building a habitat in which they could survive, a big boat we know as the Ark, a ship that was capable of carrying everything necessary to rebuild the world when the waters receded.

Where the story originated is —like many things— the subject of dispute. However, what’s of particular interest to me is that this is a point of agreement between the Jewish, Christian and Islamic traditions. The book of Genesis in the Torah, and the Quran all talk about a man named Noah and on teachers on all three sides of this fence agree that he was a righteous man of action for took what he heard led to a believing that it was as ‘true’, and he rose to the task given him; to work out his own salvation. Tales abound about how he was mocked, ridiculed and scorned by family, friends and neighbors who thought he was nuts, yet, he kept on building, refusing to deny his inner knowing —and whatever evidence he’d been shown— that a planetary clean-up was coming in the form of a storm of unimaginable proportions. Noah’s personal qualities and responsive actions make it clear today how others will work beside one who displays a strong will and a coherent capacity to lead without micro managing. Stories tell how he made sure that those with the competence were given the tasks that needed to be done. According to this story by living his own truth, Noah’s actions preserved his life; saved his family; those who worked with him before the water began to rise.

Think about it: you and me, the Royal We and the global zoo, life that arose out of stardust, are descendants of one who followed his vision and accepted his task, to build a boat. Noah and those who helped build the boat, took the long ride on his ship, a group of people with the ability to live and breathe through what sounds unbelievable. Such radical trust is clearly a quality that was and is necessary to rebuild when our worlds –inner and outer—are destroyed. I have no doubt that their time on-board led to many situations where they had to fine-tune their emotional skills in order to keep from throwing themselves or someone else overboard without a life ring.

Such skills are essential to rebuild the foundation for the Future we inhabit today.

  • Food for thought today:
    How are you doing with lovingly taking care of your body?
  • Are you trusting your heart?
  • What are you doing to lift yourself when things get heavy?
  • Who do you know loves you unconditionally, accepting the realities of your warts and farts and growing with you through every false start?
  • What do you love doing?
  • What are best your skills?
  • What in your life needs to be clarified or fine-tuned?
  • How are you using your time?
  • What sends your spirit into flight?

Tomorrow, Part II: Building Solid Rainbow Bridges

Where? The BeLonging Projects!

??????????“The illiterate of the 21st centurywill not be those who cannot read & write, but those who cannot unlearn and relearn.”

Alvin Toffler

Two days into the transition from Israel to California, the first miracle is that I have virtually no jetlag and made the 10-hour time change instantly! However, after five-weeks in Tel Aviv, there is a very strange unwinding in my body but its unimaginably more challenging to accept what’s happening in my emotional and recognitive realities. What I’m realising is the almost unimaginable toll that comes with living in a nation state that’s constantly under threat from those outside its borders, and worse is living with the tension of being a divided land.

Listening to politicians and people on the street toss verbal sticks and stones is bruising my heart as heavy clouds attempt to darken my heart. Only knowing what I know, working with others who are open-hearted, open-minded, and serve with loving hands, and meeting others who get what the last 28-years of my life –and the rest of my life– are all about, is what keeps my head high enough to see the rainbow.

It’s time to understand that children who don’t really understand ‘the game’ of “I’m right, You’re wrong”, or “Us vs Them”. No parent or teacher can make sense or explain to a child what the politicians are up to.

Keeping my promise to return in two weeks is not an option, and I am begging for those who realise how privileged they are to live in a world without the daily threat of real war to help. It’s time for those who can to step up and become those who will , coming together to make a positive difference, living lives that display courage and a true reverence for life. We will soon announce the Director of the BeLonging Projects in Israel, and if you want to honour diversity and help teachers, kids and parents celebrate Unity, please donate to this amazing project. Raising a generation of adults who respect themselves and others is the key to the equality that is essential to genuine freedom. This project is an experience whereby kids discover that the assumption of unity without diversity is fabricated, and utterly fails. It’s about children learning to uphold noble principles and values that include the right to health and well-being, transparency, compassion, fairness and integrity.

Imagine the future with this and the next generation embodying these traits…

Imagine ‘Thought leaders’ understanding that living requires the constant renewal of the foundation that is essential to re-establish connections and keep communication clear…

The Mereon Matrix is showing us how to rebuild our lives and our relationships in order to harmonise our actions with the harmony implicit in Nature herself. The BeLonging Projects give children the experience of self-discovery and learning new ways to live with one another and on the planet. This programme helps empower the Future by lifting teachers, kids and parents to a new perspective, this, the only place from which they can clearly see the way forward, and then walk together to open Age of Transformation.

Thank you so much for passing these thoughts on and doing whatever you can do to help.

The Power of Freedom

requiemMy awakening and freedom came in three experiences of dying, events that cremated every imaginable fear, most notably the fear of death. While living isn’t always easy, the good news is that the Love I discovered in dying lifts my heart and lightens my thoughts and inpowers my spirit whenever I let it! In love’s timeless embrace the truest miracle happens –I don’t have to do life the hard way!

For 28-very incredible years it’s been my honour to work with an amazing team as we’ve unfolded the knowledge called the Mereon Matrix, the arcing angles that clearly define the invisible threshold that connects living this lifetime and the next. Knowing that death isn’t real after being pulled back into life against my will, was what let let me say ‘Yes’ when given a choice to return or stay. I freely admit that it wasn’t an easy decision. However, my agreement to return came with a caveat: the Universe had to cooperate! My intent was and remains to live wholly and fully through the understanding of how life and death, and science and spirit are interconnected; my passion and purpose to make this, the Logic of Love, known by co-creating experiences of realationships.

Incredibly, this complex Matrix has indeed revealed precisely such a simple Understanding! Its found in the ultimate Love Knot, the rainbow tied by the arcing angles of fire and water. Are you ready to Dance through space and time knowing that a common Source inpowers every cell of every being? This connection is true and when we open our hearts, attitudes and hands it lights every step and intersection on our path.

Imagine that the Universe –what ever you consider Divine, Goddess, God, GoddEssence, or an angel– spoke, appeared and offered you the Cosmic Key to Freedom. Ask yourself the following questions then pause to think carefully about your responses before reading on;

Would you accept this Key if it was crystal clear that doing so required you to free yourself from every form of physical bondage? Would you say “Yes” to releasing your heart from fear? Could you live if doubt was banished from every thought and attitude? Would you have the courage to fly if the wings of your spirit were unclipped?

If you want to know more connect by email, or better yet, join us in Tel Aviv next week! While we can also gather information by following the blog, remember that true learning comes through experience!
